From May 4 until at least May 31 there will be stipulations in place. I am listing below what I will be doing and what I am asking of you as well as what the Clay County Health Department is asking of you. Some of these I had implemented before the shut down and others are new. It's imperative that we all follow these guidelines to slow the spread and allow us to get back to some normalcy.

Please have patience during this time.

**I will be wearing a mask at all times

**Each client must wear a mask or face covering. This will be a new challenge while doing your hair. I would prefer (for ease) that you wear an ear loop mask so that I can navigate around this. Please know that your mask may get hair color on it, stained or it may get wet.

**I will be washing my hands before each service and between each client.

**Each client must wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before entering salon. I have added new contactless items in the restroom to help control the spread.

**I will be disinfecting all touched surfaces as well as styling chair, shampoo chair and bowl between each client.

**When you arrive to the building, I ask for you to wait in your car until I call or text you that I am ready for you. This allows for social distancing as well as time to disinfect before you arrive. This should not affect my timing, as I am allowing additional time between clients, so please continue to arrive early or on time.

**Please do not bring additional people (including family members) with you to your appointment.

**If you are or have been sick with any of the Covid-19 symptoms the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment. If you have been in physical contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid-19 please reschedule.

**Please know that because I have had to reschedule clients since March, appointment spots are golden. If you need to reschedule please give me plenty of notice so that another may be able to schedule in your place.







Please call or text (816-803-7495) at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Since I work exclusively with one client at a time that spot is yours. You will receive, via email (as long as you have provided me with a working email address) and/or text (as long as you have provided me with a working cell number), a confirmation when your appointment is made as well as 24 hours in advance. Please note it on your calendar as well.







Late Arrivals

If you will be late by 10 minutes or more you will need to reschedule unless I have the timing available.

Please, please call if you will be late. I firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid having you wait any amount of time.

I am committed to making your experience in my salon one that you will enjoy and are happy with and I do stand behind my work. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your service or just need a quick fix, please contact me within 7 days for a complimentary redo or fix. Please note that the guarantee does not apply if you decide to completely change the look from what was done 7 days prior. Refunds will not be given.
